Good condition American Cherry The Komri is a new high performance loudspeaker which incorporates a number of highly innovative design features and sets new standards for highperformance monitoring. Komri is a five-way loudspeaker which uses newly developed soft-dome technology for the mid-range, high frequency and very high frequency drivers. The upper drivers are mounted closely together in an optimized acoustic array, for uniform dispersion characteristics and a defined acoustic centre. The result is an exceptionally open and natural sound with an extremely stable sound stage. The bass drive system incorporates new Linn Active Servo Bass technology, which incorporates the bass driver with the amplifier to minimize distortion. The bass response of the Komri is uniform to below 20Hz. The first release of the Komri will be an upgradeable passive loudspeaker with an internal Active Servo Bass system. The four-way passive crossover uses the highest quality of air-cored, litz-wound inductors and polypropylene capacitors for minimum loss and distortion. The Active Servo Bass system is fed directly from the passive crossover for perfect matching. To allow for variations in the size and characteristics of listening rooms, the gain of the bass system can be adjusted via a control panel on the back of the loudspeaker.
