This is the hottest integrated amplifier that you can buy for under $10,000, an advanced design by Jeff Rowland, very powerful and musical hi-fi experience. This one is brand new never used (taken out of box to take pictures only), complete with original box, remote, manual and power cord. The transformer is multi-voltage for worldwide. To change to 220-240V, all you have to do is open up the bottom cover, change 2 fuses and re-arrange a few wires. Return Policy: We do not accept returns for vacuum tubes, cartridges, factory-sealed box items that have been opened, open-box new items that have been plugged in, and sold-as-is items. All other returns will be accepted within 30 days if returned in original condition with all accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. International including Canada: US Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail for smaller items. Fedex International for larger and more valuable items. We no longer ship USPS regular air or surface mail unless you wish to pay us $50 to stand in line at the post office (we need automation in order to offer our customers the best prices around). Item will be expertly packed. Insurance is highly recommended. Once the item(s) is handed over to the shipping company, all damages and losses become the responsibility of the shipping company.
